David Westerman brings outstanding credentials to his role as Director and Licensee at First National Toronto. Equipped with a Diploma of Finance he is a member of the Institute of Company Directors and is accredited as a responsible Manager, Credit Management by ASIC.

After spending 15 successful years in the finance sector, David directed his professional energies into property, subsequently becoming a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and subsequent owner of First National Toronto.

David draws on his exceptional skills to enable members of his local community to achieve their own property goals. A huge fan of the local lifestyle, David has been an active member of the local community for many years including President of the Toronto Chamber of Commerce.

We first met David when we viewed a property in Toronto in November 2015 which we have since purchased. We feel it was David's welcoming and friendly personality that made this purchasing experience an easy and enjoyable one compared to that of previous ones. At the time we purchased our Toronto property we then had to sell our existing home In the Eastlakes area. Thinking this would be "out of area" for David we listed with another local agent in that area in December 2015. After 5 months of being on the market, and with no positive outcome for whatever the reason, we offered for David to take over the sale. It was only a few weeks before David had our property sold, we couldn't believe how quick it all came together to get a successful end result. We feel that this was achieved with a combination of David's personality and his very pro active approach to marketing and promoting our property which involved video and internet coverage. On the day of the photo shoot, drone photo shoot and video production we were fortunate enough to be around to observe the "behind the scenes" action and it was not only a fun experience but also a real pleasure to meet and interact with David and his team during this process. Needless to say, apart from being very happy being in the Toronto area, should we require to sell or purchase any property in the future, David will be the first person we will be calling. In the meantime, when we see David out and about in Toronto, we don't view him as the agent that sold our house we see him as a friend
